We aim to reply within 24 hours — usually much faster during Dhaka business hours (9am–6pm BST, Sunday–Thursday). For urgent thesis deadlines or lab analysis, mention your deadline clearly and we'll prioritise.
Can I get a quote before placing an order?

Yes — just describe your project using the form above or email contact@dsd-l.com. For statistical analysis, share your dataset size and analysis type. For lab work, describe sample type and number. For GIS, describe the area and output required. We'll send a detailed quote within 24 hours.
I'm outside Bangladesh — can DSD still help me?

Absolutely. The majority of DSD's services are delivered fully remotely via email and Zoom. Clients from India, Nigeria, Indonesia, Malaysia, the UK, and Australia all work with DSD successfully. Only in-person field work requires physical presence in Bangladesh.
What payment methods does DSD accept?

For Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (DBBL/BRAC Bank). For international clients: bank wire transfer and Western Union. PayPal and card payment availability — please ask at the time of quoting.
How do I propose a university or institutional partnership?

Send an email to contact@dsd-l.com with the subject "Partnership Enquiry — [Your Institution Name]". Include a brief overview of your institution, your proposed collaboration scope (student placement, joint research, MOU, workshops), and a contact person. We'll schedule a Zoom meeting within 5 working days.
Is my data and research information kept confidential?

Yes — DSD treats all client data, research materials, and project details as strictly confidential. We do not share client data with third parties. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available on request for sensitive projects.
