From Sample Collection
to Published Results
to Published Results
1
Submit Your Request & Sample Details
Fill in the order form describing your sample type, location, number of samples, and the tests you need. We'll respond within 24 hours with a quote and collection instructions.
2
Sample Collection or Delivery
Either collect samples yourself following our provided protocol, or arrange for our team to conduct field collection. Samples are delivered to our lab with proper preservation and chain-of-custody documentation.
3
Sample Reception & Preparation
Each sample is logged with a unique ID, inspected for condition, and prepared following the appropriate protocol — filtration, acid digestion, solvent extraction, or other preparation as required.
4
Laboratory Analysis
Tests are performed using calibrated instruments and standard methods. Quality control checks (blanks, duplicates, spike recoveries) are run alongside every batch to ensure result accuracy.
5
Report & Data Delivery
You receive a complete laboratory report: results tables, figures, detection limits, QC data, and a written methodology section. All files are formatted for direct use in your thesis or paper.

📦 Sample Submission Guide
1
Contact us first to confirm test requirements, container types, preservatives needed, and correct sample volume or mass2
Collect samples in the containers we recommend — correct preservation prevents degradation before analysis3
Label each container clearly with sample ID, location, date, and time of collection4
Store at the correct temperature (refrigerated 4°C or frozen -20°C depending on test type) during transport5
Complete our Sample Submission Form and include it with your shipment or bring it when dropping off in person6
Deliver to our Dhaka laboratory or ship via courier — we accept nationwide deliveries across BangladeshWho This Service Is For

Frequently Asked Questions
Laboratory Testing
Questions Answered
Questions Answered
How do I know which tests I need for my research?▼
Tell us your research objectives and sample types — our laboratory team will recommend the appropriate tests. For example, if you are studying water quality near an industrial area, we would typically recommend heavy metals, nutrients, physicochemical parameters, and microbiological tests together.
How many samples do I need to collect?▼
This depends on your research design — study area size, number of sampling stations, and statistical requirements. A typical thesis study collects 15–30 samples across multiple sites and seasons. We can advise on sampling design during initial consultation.
What is the turnaround time?▼
Standard turnaround is 7–21 days depending on test complexity. Simple water physicochemical tests can be completed in 3–5 days. Microplastic FTIR analysis, DNA sequencing, and heavy metal ICP tests typically take 14–21 days. Express options are available for urgent projects.
Can you collect the samples for me?▼
Yes — our team can conduct field sampling in and around Dhaka and in many other locations across Bangladesh. For remote areas, we can train your own team to collect samples correctly or arrange a joint field trip. Field sampling fees are quoted separately.
Are your results accepted by journals and universities?▼
Yes. We follow standard analytical methods (APHA, ISO, ASTM) and include full methodology documentation, detection limits, and QA/QC data in all reports. Our results have been used in published papers, theses at Bangladeshi and international universities, and NGO reports.
What does a microplastics analysis include?▼
Our microplastics analysis covers: sample digestion and filtration, microscopic counting and size measurement, colour and morphology classification (fibres, fragments, pellets, films), and FTIR polymer type identification. Results are reported per litre (water) or per gram dry weight (sediment/soil).
Do you provide chain-of-custody documentation?▼
Yes. Every sample is logged with a unique ID on receipt and tracked through every stage of analysis. A chain-of-custody record is provided with your final report — important for regulatory submissions and legal admissibility.
